central spot with easy access
central location steep hill shared toilet
the location near the main station was convenient. i found it easy to walk to the hotel up a very steep hill. i also appreciated that the toilet facilities were shared by only two rooms.
i noticed a slight damp smell in the building.

my double room had tasteful decor, i found the bed very comfortable and the street view was good. the provided towels were fresh, and there were no disturbing noises coming from the street at night. the shared bathrooms are kept very clean.

the breakfast area included pieces of ham, cheese, and bread. coffee and orange juice were also available as options. the kitchen has a kettle and basic utensils. the famous lello bookstore is only a two-minute walk away.

francisca made everything run smoothly via whatsapp. when i requested something from the cleaner, she supplied it quickly. the receptionist was very helpful recommending good breakfast places nearby. the staff stored my luggage safely after checkout.

the building displayed beautiful architecture and housed an friendly staff. breakfast was top notch with varied options. i appreciated the central location allowing easy access to many sites..
i experienced minimal wifi connection in my room, made working remotely slightly difficult.

fantastic location pleasant staff convenient floor free wifi
The location was fantastic. I could walk to clerigos tower and lello library quickly. the staff were always pleasant and helpful. the london room was on the first floor, quite convenient. i appreciated the free wifi, it made planning our days so much easier!
i did notice a slight damp smell in some areas of the building.

the shared bathroom was very clean and located just across the hall from our double room. a safe was available in the front hallway for securing valuables. self check-in was quite easy, so it was convenient to arrive at our leisure.

clean kitchen easy walk
Check in was simple even at a late hour. The communal kitchen was clean and available for guest use. The location provided an easy ten minute walk to the train station.
I did noticed the accommodation appear quite old and the common areas had a damp smell.

The location is fantastic, close to Clerigos tower and Lello library. It is only a few minutes walk away!!! Staff members are pleasant and helpful. The shared bathroom was clean and right across the hall from the London room. I also appreciated the easy self-check-in process.

Francisco was helpful and allowed us to drop off our rucksacks early! This enabled early check-in and that was very convenient! Staff are pleasant and work hard to maintain the space.

Fantastic location!
helpful landmark balcony door useful safe
I found Clerigos Tower very close and it was a helpful landmark. The staff was pleasant and helpful during check-in. The room has two balcony doors and Juliet balconies overlook the piazza. The room included a safe in the hallway, that was very useful.
The room was very noisy. I heard people outside and in other rooms late into the night and early in the morning. I was bothered by that.

The staff was responsive and kind, always ready with a smile and quick to address questions. The self check-in was very simple and fast, especially appreciated given my late arrival, giving me peace of mind. Communication was efficient.
